These are my resumes, hopefully more or less current. They're rather generic, so if you have any questions about them, or my services as a consultant, please don't hesitate to call or email me. I have a 4 page CV with references for serious inquiries.
I am currently looking for employment. I'd most like to be located in western Europe or in the Philadelphia area, but inquiries about positions north of Pennsylvania or on the West coast are also welcome. I lived in Munich for two years and am pretty good with languages. My spoken German was, at one time, fluent -- I could use some practice now, but nothing a little immersion won't help. Britain and Germany both are liberalizing their high-tech work permits, and it is now easier than ever for companies in those two countries to hire American high-tech workers. I'd be very interested in working as an expat, but native companies are also good.
For US companies, I have quite a bit of experience with govornment contracting, as you'll note in my resume, and I have held a DOD "Secret" security clearance. This would need to be renewed, as it has not been active since early 2002.
I've been writing Java applications professionally for seven years, and am an experienced senior software developer and project lead. I'm especially skilled with XML and XSLT, and am also pretty handy with SVG and the programming language Ruby.
My resume is available in the following formats. Please note that Word documents are notorious for bad compatability between different versions of Word; I can't guarantee that the format will be good if you choose Word format. For best results, please use the PDF or StarOffice documents.
